and we carefully test our products to be certain we
meet these criteria.
Value One refund policy is only applicable for e11 Unlimited Rep License Versions. If you determine that our software does not work as expected, we recommend you either contact us to arrange a refund (if you purchased the product from our website within the past 30 days) or follow the refund policy of the reseller from whom you purchased the software. All refunds are processed with in 4-6 weeks of receiving the refund request. Refund happens only via check. If you choose to charge back credit card, Value One will deduct 8% towards processing fee.
