Color Settings (Clients/Representatives)

 

This option allows you to modify the color settings of the client and representative section.

 

To modify color settings of the client:

 

1.      Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.

2.      Click Color Settings (Client) Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open View Color Details page, as shown in the Figure 3-3-1.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the View Color Details page directly.

 

3.      You can update colors in the following fields:

 

Field
Description

Header Bg

Color of the top section of the background screen.

Bottom Bg

Color of the bottom section of the background screen.

Active Bar Bg

Background color of the active bar, below the main toolbar.

Line Bg

Background color of the lines differentiating various tickets.

Unread Ticket Bg

Background color of the unread tickets.

Read Ticket Bg

Background color of the read tickets.

Active Bar Text

Color of the text written in the active bar.

Text Forecolor

Forecolor of the text.

 

Note: To select the color, enter the color manually or click the color palette tool Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open the Color Palette window. Click the color you want or you can also insert the value in the Insert Value box.

 

4.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the information.

 

Tip: If you don’t like the color, click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to restore the default color settings.

Note: Similarly, you can modify color settings of the representative section. To modify, click Color Settings (Representative)Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in the Configure Your Helpdesk page and then follow the steps 3 and 4 as mentioned above.
