Company Details

 

This section allows you to specify the profile of your company, such as Company Name, E-mail and Company Address. It also helps you to specify the logo of the company.

 

To specify the company details:

 

1.      Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.

2.      Click Company Details Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open View Company Details page.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the View Company Details page directly.

 

3.      Enter information in the required fields, as shown in the Figure 3-4-1.

 

Required Fields

Description

Company Name

Name of the company. It is used in auto responders.

E-mail

Default e-mail address of the company for auto-responders and notifications.

Product Name

Name for the product, such as Helpdesk and Customer Support.

Long Date Format

Long date format for active bar date.

Short Date Format

Short date format for ticket.

Footer Note

Information to be displayed at the bottom of each page.

E-mail Footer

Information to be displayed at the bottom of all outgoing e-mails.

 

4.      You can also add information in the optional fields.

Country, where the company is located.

Zip Code

Zip Code or Pin Code.

Phone

Phone number of the company.

Fax

Fax number

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the information.

Note: You can also upload logo and title of the company that should be displayed on the Helpdesk and the Login page. ClickHelp Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to select the file from your Computer and enter the Logo Description, as shown in the Figure 3-4-2. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to upload.
