This section allows you to specify the profile of your company, such as Company Name, E-mail and Company Address. It also helps you to specify the logo of the company.
To specify the company details:
1. Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.
2. Click Company Details
to open View Company Details page.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the View Company
Details page directly.
3. Enter information in the required fields, as shown in the Figure 3-4-1.

Information to be displayed at the bottom of all outgoing e-mails. |
4. You can also add information in the optional fields.

Click
to save the information.


Note: You can also upload logo and
title of the company that should be displayed on the Helpdesk and the Login
page. Click
to select the file from your Computer and enter the Logo Description, as shown
in the Figure 3-4-2. Click
to upload.
