Configure Dynamic Client Groups

 

This feature allows you to configure the forms for adding client groups.

 

Import Client Attributes

Modify Attributes

Delete Attributes

 

Import Client Attributes

 

To import client attributes:

 

1.      Open Dynamic Forms page.

2.      Click Configure Dynamic Client GroupsHelp Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open Configure Dynamic Client Groups page, as shown in the Figure 13-5-1. This page will show you the attribute label, its field type and whether that attribute is required field or searchable or both.

3.      Click Import Attributes Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

4.      Import Client Attributes pop-up appears. Check the box you want to import, as shown in the Figure 13-5-2.

 

Note: Only attributes added in the Client Section under Configure Address Book will be displayed in this dialog box.

You cannot click the check box of the ticket attributes that has already been imported.

 

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to add the client attributes.

 

Tip: Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to close the page after adding an attribute.

 

Note: These attributes will be added to the Add Client Group page.

Modify Attributes

 

To modify attributes:

 

1.      Open Configure Dynamic Client Groups page.

2.      Click on the caption to be modified.

3.      To know more about modifying an attribute, click here.

 

Note: You cannot modify the attribute type.

 

Delete Attributes

 

To delete attributes:

 

1.      Open Configure Dynamic Client Groups page.

2.      To know more about deleting an attribute, click here.

 

Note: System Default fields cannot be deleted. You can identify a system default field by its Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase icon.
