This feature allows you to configure the forms for adding dynamic ticket groups.
To import ticket attributes:
1. Open Dynamic Forms page.
2. Click Configure Dynamic Ticket Groups
to open Configure Dynamic Ticket Groups page, as shown in the Figure 13-6-1.
This page will show you the attribute label, its field type and whether that
attribute is required field or searchable or both.

3. Click Import Attributes

4. Import Ticket Attributes pop-up appears. Check the box you want to import, as shown in the Figure 13-6-2.
Note: Only attributes added in the Configure Ticket under Configure Address Book will be displayed in this dialog box.
You cannot click the check box of the ticket attributes that has already been imported.
5. Click
to add the ticket attributes.
Tip: Click
to close the page after adding an attribute.
Note: These attributes will be added in the Add Ticket Group page.

To modify attributes:
1. Open Configure Dynamic Ticket Groups page.
2. Click on the caption to be modified.

To delete attributes:
1. Open Configure Dynamic Client Groups page.
2. To know more about deleting an attribute, click here.
