Configure a Client SLA Attribute

 

This section helps you to customize Add SLA page for adding a Client SLA by adding attributes. You can also manage these attributes from Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page.

Add an Attribute

 

To add an attribute:

 

1.      Open the Client SLA Type page.

2.      In the Client SLA Type page, click on Modification for SLA Attributes Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase of the SLA Type to be modified.

3.      Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page opens, as shown in the Figure 14-3-1. This page will show you the attribute label, its field type and whether that attribute is required field or searchable or both.

 

Note: You can view the Trash Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page, only if there is a deleted attribute.

 

To disallow editing of the selected attribute(s) in the Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page, select Display Only from the Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase drop-down menu or select Allow Editing to allow doing changes. To hide attribute(s) in the Add New Asset page, select Display Off from the drop-down menu.

4.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase. To know more about adding an attribute, click here.

 

Modify an Attribute

 

To modify an attribute:

 

1.      Open the Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page.

2.      Click on the Caption to be modified.

Delete an Attribute

 

To delete an attribute:

 

1.      Open the Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page.

2.      To know more about deleting an attribute, click here.

 

Recover an Attribute

 

To recover an attribute:

 

1.      Open the Show/Modify attributes of SLA type page.

2.      To know more about recovering an attribute, click here.

 

Tip: You can delete an attribute permanently by clicking Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in the Deleted Items page. A confirmation box pops-up. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.
