Create a Client SLA Type

 

To create a Client SLA Type:

1.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the main menu bar.

2.      On the View Settings page, click Client SLA Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

3.      Client SLA Type page opens, as shown in the Figure 14-1-1. This page will show you the Client SLA Type Name with a brief description about it. It will also show you how many Client SLAs are under that Client SLA Type.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the Client SLA Type page directly.

4.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open Add Client SLA Type page. Enter a name for the SLA Type, as shown in the Figure 14-1-2.

 

Note: You can also provide a brief description for the SLA.

 

Tip: Use the underscore “_” key to give a space in the Client SLA Type name.

 

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the information.

Example: At times you may need to create a Client SLA Type to add client SLAs to it. To do so, enter a Client SLA Type name, such as Replacement, with a brief note about it in the description field, as shown in the Figure 14-1-2. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.
