To create a Client SLA Type:
1. Click
from the main menu bar.
2. On the View Settings page, click Client SLA
.
3. Client SLA Type page opens, as shown in the Figure 14-1-1. This page will show you the Client SLA Type Name with a brief description about it. It will also show you how many Client SLAs are under that Client SLA Type.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the Client SLA
Type page directly.

4. Click
to open Add Client SLA Type page. Enter a
name for the SLA Type, as shown in the Figure 14-1-2.
Note: You can also provide a brief description for the SLA.
Tip: Use the underscore “_” key to give a space in the Client SLA Type name.
5. Click
to save the information.

Example: At times you may need to
create a Client SLA Type to add client SLAs to it. To do so, enter a Client SLA
Type name, such as Replacement, with a brief note about it in the description
field, as shown in the Figure
14-1-2. Click
