Customize Clients/Representatives

 

This option allows you to customize the label in the clients’ and representatives’ screen.

 

To customize label in the client screen:

 

1.      Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.

2.      Click Customize Client Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open Customize Client Screen page, as shown in the Figure 3-9-1.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the Customize Client Screen page directly.

3.      To customize, select a section from the drop-down menu, as shown in the Figure 3-9-2.

4.      Change the display text in the Modified Value, which you want to be displayed in the Original Value, as shown in the Figure 3-9-3.

 

Note: Default Value is the system default text.

Original Value is the current text that will be displayed in the Helpdesk.

Modified Value is the new display text that will become the original value.

 

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the information.

 

Tip: You can restore the default value by checking the box and clicking Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

To revert to the original value, check the box and click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to get back all the default values.

Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to revert to the original values.

Note: Similarly, you can customize label in the representative screen. To customize, click Customize Representative Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in the Configure Your Helpdesk page and then follow the steps 3 to 5 as mentioned above.
