Toolbar is a shortcut on the top of each page, which is used to go to the various sections directly. Using this feature, you can view and modify the toolbar buttons as per your requirements.
To customize toolbar:
1. Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.
2. Click Customize Toolbar
to
open Customize Your Toolbar page.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the Customize Your
Toolbar page directly.
3. Select the buttons to be displayed in the toolbar from the Available Toolbar buttons, as shown in the Figure 3-5-1.

4. Click
to add Available Toolbars Buttons to Selected
Toolbar Buttons. The new buttons will be displayed at the bottom of the
Selected Toolbar Buttons list.
Note: You can choose maximum of 20
toolbar buttons. If there are already 20 toolbar buttons and you want to add a
new button, first remove the unwanted button by clicking
.
Then add the new toolbar button.
You
can also arrange the position of toolbar buttons by clicking the Up
and Down
arrow in the Selected Toolbar Buttons.
5. Click
to update the toolbar.
