Customize Toolbar

 

Toolbar is a shortcut on the top of each page, which is used to go to the various sections directly. Using this feature, you can view and modify the toolbar buttons as per your requirements.

 

To customize toolbar:

 

1.      Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.

2.      Click Customize Toolbar Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebaseto open Customize Your Toolbar page.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the Customize Your Toolbar page directly.

 

3.      Select the buttons to be displayed in the toolbar from the Available Toolbar buttons, as shown in the Figure 3-5-1.

4.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to add Available Toolbars Buttons to Selected Toolbar Buttons. The new buttons will be displayed at the bottom of the Selected Toolbar Buttons list.

 

Note: You can choose maximum of 20 toolbar buttons. If there are already 20 toolbar buttons and you want to add a new button, first remove the unwanted button by clickingHelp Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase. Then add the new toolbar button.

You can also arrange the position of toolbar buttons by clicking the Up Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase and DownHelp Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase arrow in the Selected Toolbar Buttons.

 

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to update the toolbar.
