Delete an Article

 

To delete an article:

 

1.      Open Answer Book page.

2.      Select the category or sub category of the article you want to modify. The selected category or sub category window opens, as shown in the Figure 1-2-1.

 

Note: You can also search for an article.

 

3.      To delete an article, check the box against it, as shown in the Figure 1-4-1.

4.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to move the article to Trash. 

 

Note: Deleted articles remains in the Trash for unlimited amount of time.
