Delete an Auto Responder

 

To delete an auto responder:

 

1.      Open View Auto Responder page.

2.      Check the box against the Auto Responder name to be deleted, as shown in the Figure 2-2-1.

 

Note: You can only modify the default auto responders, but cannot delete it.

3.      ClickHelp Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase. A confirmation box pops-up. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to confirm deletion.

4.      A pop-up appears, as shown in the Figure 2-2-2. Click to select an auto responder to which the items of deleted auto responders would be assigned.
