Display Settings allows you to modify the page layout of the Helpdesk (i.e., ticket per page, table width and subject width) for both the clients and the representatives.
To modify the display settings for clients and representatives:
1. Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.
2. Click Display Settings
to open View Display Setting page, as shown in the Figure 3-6-1.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the View Display
Setting page directly.
3. You can modify the information in the required fields, as shown in the Figure 3-6-1.

Number of tickets to be displayed in Inbox. |

Specify the width of the ticket. |

Width of the table in Inbox to adjust the application interface as per screen resolution. |
Note: To modify display settings for clients or representatives modify their respective sections.
