Dynamic Reports

 

This section allows you to import and delete attributes in the Report Criteria section of the Ticket Management Report (Step 1) page.

Import Attributes

 

To import attributes:

 

1.      Open the Report page.

2.      In the Report page, click Dynamic Reports Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

3.      View/Update Attributes page opens, as shown in the Figure 7-14-1. This page will show you the caption name with its field type.

4.      Click Import Attributes Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

5.      A pop-up appears. Check against the Caption to be imported, as shown in the Figure 7-14-2 and click Import Attributes Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

 

Note: Imported Attributes will be added under the Report Criteria in Add Ticket Management Report (Step 1) page and in the View/Update Attributes page.

Delete Attributes

 

To delete attributes:

 

1.      Open the View/Update Attributes page.

2.      In the View/Update Attributes page, check against the attributes to be deleted, as shown in the Figure 7-15-1.

3.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase. A confirmation box pops-up. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to confirm.
