This is used to define the layout of the Self Help Interface. Using this feature, you can customize the Self Help Interface according to your website’s look and feel.
To customize the Layout Interface:
1. Click
from the main menu bar.
2. On the View Settings page, click Public Self Help
.
3. Public Self Help Interface page opens, as shown in the Figure 6-1-1. This page will give a brief description on all the interfaces (Layout, FAQ, Find, Answer, Support Ticket, and Style), which are needed to create and customize the layout and content for the Self Help.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the Public Self
Help Interface directly.


4. Click on
to open the Layout Interface page. Enter the
required information in the following fields, as shown in the Figure 6-1-2:

Note: All content must be in HTML, as shown in the Figure 6-1-2.
5. Click
to save the layout settings.

Note: These layout settings will be displayed in the Self Help, as shown in the Figure 6-1-3.
