This option allows you to set the color settings for error and information messages prompted by the Helpdesk for both the representatives and the clients.
To configure color for the messages:
1. Open Configure Your Helpdesk page.
2. Click Message Color
to open View Message Color page.
Tip: You can also click on
from the toolbar to access the View Message
Color page directly.
3. You can modify information in the required fields, as shown in the Figure 3-8-1.

Note: To configure color for messages in representative section, make the changes in the representative part and to configure color for messages in client section, make changes in the client part.
4. Enter the color of the text or click the Color Palette Tool
to open the Color Palette window.
5. Click the color you want or you can also insert the value in the Insert Value box.
6. Click
to save the information.
Tip: If you don’t like the new
color, click
to restore the default color settings.
