Modify Account Section Address Book Form

 

Modify Account Section Address Book Form allows you to manage the fields in the Add Account page by configuring its attributes.

Add an Attribute

 

To add an attribute in Modify Account Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open View Configure Address Book page.

2.      Click Show/Modify Account Section Address Book Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open Show/Modify Account Section attributes page, as shown in the Figure 13-3-1. This page will show you the attribute label, its field type and whether that attribute is required field or searchable or both.

 

Note: You can view the Trash Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in Show/Modify Account Section attributes page, only if there are deleted attributes.

3.      In the Show/Modify Account Section attributes page, click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

Note: These attributes will be added to the Add Account page and Show/ Modify Account Section attributes page.

 

Modify an Attribute

 

To modify an attribute in Modify Account Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Account Section attributes page.

2.      Click on the caption to be modified.

Note: You cannot modify the attribute type.

 

Delete an Attribute

 

To delete an attribute in Modify Account Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Account Section attributes page.

2.      To know more about deleting an attribute, click here.

 

Note: System Default fields cannot be deleted. You identify a system default field by its Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase icon.

 

Recover an Attribute

 

To recover an attribute in Modify Account Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Account Section attributes page.

2.      To know more about recovering an attribute, click here.

 

Note: To disallow editing of the selected attribute(s) in the Show/Modify Account Section attributes page, select Display Only from the Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase drop-down menu, or select Allow Editing to make the changes. To hide attribute(s) in the Add Account page, select Display Off from the drop-down menu.

 

Tip: You can delete an attribute permanently by clicking Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in the Deleted Items View page. A confirmation box pops-up. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to confirm deletion.
