Modify Client SLA Type

 

To modify a Client SLA Type:

 

1.      Open the Client SLA Type page.

2.      In the Client SLA Type page, click on SLA Updation Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase of the SLA Type to be modified.

3.      Modify the SLA Description and click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the changes.

 

Note: You cannot modify the SLA Type Name.
