Modify Representative Section Address Book Form

 

Modify Representative Section Address Book Form allows you to manage the fields in the Add Representative Profile page by configuring its attributes.

Add an Attribute

 

To add an attribute in Modify Representative Section Address Book Form:

1.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the main menu bar.

2.      On the View Settings page, click Dynamic Forms Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

3.      Dynamic Forms page opens, as shown in the Figure 13-1-1.

4.      Click Configure Address Book Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open View Configure Address Book page, as shown in the Figure 13-1-2.

 

Tip: You can also click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase from the toolbar to access the View Configure Address Book page directly.

5.      Click Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page, as shown in the Figure 13-1-3. This page will show you the attribute label, its field type and whether that attribute is required field or searchable or both.

 

Note: You can view the Trash Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page, only if there are deleted attributes.

6.      In Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page, click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

Note: These attributes will be added to the Add Representative Profile page and Show/ Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

                                                                                         

Modify an Attribute

 

To modify an attribute in Modify Representative Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

2.      Click on the caption to be modified.

3.      To know more about modifying an attribute, click here.

 

Note: You cannot modify the attribute type.

 

Delete an Attribute

 

To delete an attribute in Modify Representative Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

2.      To know more about deleting an attribute, click here.

 

Note: System Default fields cannot be deleted. You can identify a system default field by its Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebaseicon.

 

Recover an Attribute

 

To recover an attribute in Modify Representative Section Address Book Form:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

2.      To know more about recovering an attribute, click here.

 

Note: To disallow editing of the selected attribute(s) in the Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page, select Display Only from the Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase drop-down menu, or select Allow Editing to make the changes. To hide attribute(s) in the Add Representative Profile page, select Display Off from the drop-down menu.

 

Tip: You can delete an attribute permanently by clicking Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase in the Deleted Items View page. A confirmation box pops-up. Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to confirm deletion.

To view the active attributes, click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

 

Export Address Book

 

You can export address book in the following formats. To export:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

2.      Click Export e11 Address Book Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

3.      Representative Section Export pop-up appears, as shown in the Figure 13-1-4.

4.      Choose a format for the file, such as Netscape, Microsoft Outlook (CSV) or Mozilla.

5.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to export the data.

 

Import Address Book

 

This allows you to import new representative profiles into the system. To import:

 

1.      Open Show/Modify Representative Section Address Book page.

2.      Click Import e11 Address Book Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase.

3.      Representative Section Import pop-up appears, as shown in the Figure 13-1-5. Enter information in the required fields:

Select the File
