Modify an Existing Article

 

To modify an existing article in the Answer Book:

 

1.      Open Answer Book page.

2.      Select the category or sub category of the article you want to modify. In the selected category or sub category window, click on the keyword to open the article, as shown in the Figure 1-3-1.

 

Note: You can also search for an article.

3.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to modify contents of the article and Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to confirm the changes.

 

Note: All representatives can add or modify an article in the Answer Book. But changes made only by an authorized representative or the administrator will be reflected in the Answer Book.
