Support Ticket Interface customizes the Ticket Creation Interface for the client to submit a ticket for his query.
To customize the Support Ticket Interface:
1. Open the Public Self Help Interface.
2. Click on
to open the Support Ticket Interface page.
Enter the information in the following fields, as shown in the Figure 6-5-1:

Note: You can also specify the fields to be displayed under the Client Detail Screen by clicking on the Check boxes.
3. Click
to save the Support Ticket settings.

Note: The Support Ticket settings will be displayed in the Self Help, as shown in the Figure 6-5-2.
