Support Ticket Interface

 

Support Ticket Interface customizes the Ticket Creation Interface for the client to submit a ticket for his query.

 

To customize the Support Ticket Interface:

 

1.      Open the Public Self Help Interface.

2.      Click on Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to open the Support Ticket Interface page. Enter the information in the following fields, as shown in the Figure 6-5-1:

Description

Display Search Box For Search Again

Check this box to display the Search box.

Search Title

Text to be displayed as Search button title.

Search Button Title

Text to be displayed on the Search button.

Display Existing Login Screen

Check this box to display Existing Login Screen.

Existing Login Title

Text to be displayed as Existing Login Title.

Display Client Detail Screen

Check this box to display Client Detail Screen.

Client Detail Title

Text to be displayed as Client Detail Title.

 

Note: You can also specify the fields to be displayed under the Client Detail Screen by clicking on the Check boxes.

 

3.      Click Help Desk Software, helpdesk software, customer support software, customer service software, trouble ticket software, knowledgebase to save the Support Ticket settings.
