To reply to linked tickets:
1. Open a linked ticket by clicking on its Subject or Ticket Number (T. No), as shown in the Figure 3-16-1.
Note: You can view the individual linked tickets by
clicking the Ticket No. or view all the linked tickets together by clicking
View All
in the Linked Tickets.

Click on
to
respond to linked tickets.
3. In the Link Tickets Reply page, choose the box, Reply all selected linked tickets, if you only want to reply to selective tickets, as shown in the Figure 3-16-2.
Note: To choose individual tickets, check the box against the Ticket No., in Linked Tickets, as shown in the Figure 3-16-3.

4. To know more about replying to a ticket, go to Reply to a Ticket.
Tip: Choose the box, Reply all linked same ticket, if you want to reply to all the linked tickets together.
